Let Only Service: 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) of rent for the term including any renewal This includes the following:

  • Detailed advice on local market conditions, and on preparation of the property for letting.
  • Marketing strategy for the property, and promotion on relevant marketing portals.
  • Erect an advertisement board outside of the property.
  • Arrange and carry out viewings to prospective tenants.
  • Filter suitable tenants that fit the Landlord’s criteria.
  • Collect deposits and register with the Deposit Protection Service in accordance with the law.
  • Prior to the end of the tenancy, discuss renewal or termination.
